Excellent service

I found Nick very thorough,pleasant and he was an excellent help to me especially as I am living by myself. Much of his help was done out of kindness and goodness of his heart which I am very grateful for apart from his great knowledge of the industry . I would highly recommend him

Going the extra mile

Nick was very pleasant to deal with during the buying process. He’s highly attentive to our needs and always addressed our concerns and questions. Passionate about his work, utter professional, in-depth knowledge of the market.

I would highly recommend Nick to anyone thinking of selling their property. He is honest, trustworthy, dedicated and he actually does care. Nick is direct, sugar-coats nothing (tells you what you need to hear, not necessarily what you want to hear), so you know exactly where you stand with him and in the market place. I would be happy to chat with any prospective vendors. His knowledge of the market and his understanding of human nature are exemplary. Never once did he fail to return my calls. The attention he gave me made me feel like I was his only client and he worked for me 24/7. A person who cares

Nick Scarf was the dream agent, from the first time we met he explained the selling of my house and how we would achieve the best result. 4 week and it was sold, but not just sold too anyone, sold too someone who loved the house as I did Nick is an agent who cares, unusual in today’s world
