Working with Nick on the sale of my house in Newport was the third time he has helped me on the purchase or sale of property. I have always found him to be professional in his approach and advice. I suppose that’s what comes from over 30* years in the business. He knows the business well and consequently does not need to make things up when giving advice. In my experience, making things up is a skill which some agents excel at. When I wanted to sell my property he was the obvious choice for me. His knowledge of the real estate and market in the northern beaches is extensive. I also became aware that he has wide knowledge and contacts in other areas of Sydney.He was able to use this knowledge to advise me as to the objective position of potential purchasers in order that I consider expressions of interest made by them in a realistic light. His contacts in the area meant that even before my house was ready for opening, he had made those contacts and excited them as to the house coming up. He consulted with me before the house was placed on the market and was helpful in his advice as to presentation and timing of placing the property on the market. He arranged all the presales appointments and photographs promptly and professionally. The resulting point of sales material was so good I thought I might buy the house myself. The individual sales plan met the needs that I had. He was always available either to answer my queries, or I observed to deal with potential purchasers. He even dog wrangled when I was delayed. He was enthusiastic and good humoured even when confronted with the most puzzling queries or proposals from potential purchasers (or me). His optimism was not misplaced and is truly infectious.
