Greg didn't turn his nose up to my offer which was lower than advertised. He presented it to the sellers and offered flexibility with what the sellers wanted and what we could give. We met halfway which was a wonderful outcome. His want and Desire to help us as the buyers was commendable as in the past 6 months, no other agent put in any effort or help for us.
