Charl from the outset of our sale process was sincere, truthful, committed, very knowledgeable and most off all committed to what we wanted out of the sale, and the last thing that we felt was a big decider was his quality and professionalism without compromising the human side of his job. Charl well before we thought of selling, had introduced him self after simply knocking on our door and several times afterwards seeing him in the street always had time for us. When we finally decided to put the property on the market he was the only aged we approached who came over to us as a truely honest and truthful person. Once we had decided to use Charl that's when his sincere commitment started, taking every thing we had talked to him about and wanted him to achieve into account, always communicating with us explaining everything, and what most people want out of a sale, achieving above what we thought our house was worth.
