This is the second block of land we sold through Stuart. This block had its own problems, like power lines running through it etc., so there was a lot of to & fro, but Stuart with his highly developed sense of negotiation and people skills, solved all the problems quickly, to every bodies satisfaction, and we achieved an excellent result.
