The whole process was very relaxed and we never felt pressured by her. We don’t plan on selling this house for a long time, but we’ll certainly use Kyle when we do. Allan's experience shows, he knows how to clinch a sale. It was always clear he had the seller's interest in mind. Not only did he negotiate to get every extra dollar, but he was quick to introduce appropriate hygiene and quarantine measures to protect the seller's house, when the open house dates extended into the Cover-19 lockdown period. Allan is a great communicator. As a buyer I found his relaxed and jocular style very likeable. He was supportive with advice and practical assistance (don't tell anyone, but did you know Allan is a JP?). Also you can trust Allan to get you the key as soon as settlement is settled. We would happily buy from Allan again.
