Kylee was wonderful during the full process. Kylee was incredibly knowledgeable around the current market and area we were selling in. She instantly put our minds at ease and we were instantly confident we had gone with the best agent. During the selling process the market slowed down (lead up to Christmas / new year) which caused a slight worry. Kylee however was with us every step of the way, keeping us updated with interest and also comparable properties in order to provide piece of mind it was market conditions, not our property. Once the new year rolled in Kylee got to work and did an incredible job negotiating with buyers bringing us multiple offers. The whole process was seamless & easy. Thank you so much Kylee, it's been a pleasure working with you.

We recently sold our townhouse in Carina with Kylee. She made the whole process very easy and helped us achieve our price goal. Kylee was always keeping us updated on where things were at and provided realistic advice on the sale of our property. Most importantly, Kylee is a very genuine and caring person, who has your best interests at heart. I would not hesitate to use Kylee again, and would happily recommended her to my friends and family.

Kylee did a great job getting my property sold in the lead up to Christmas when the market was slowing down and managed to bring multiple offers when most people had set off on holidays.

Kylee was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Great market knowledge and expertise. We couldn't recommend her highly enough. Despite clearly being one of the busiest agents out there, Kylee made us feel like we were her only clients.

Purchasing our home through Kylee was an excellent experience. She was an excellent communicator and kept us well informed of the status of the transaction throughout the whole process. Kylee is clearly a very knowledgeable selling agent, and while she represents the vendor, as a buyer I certainly felt she was trustworthy and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I would certainly have Kylee sell my property in the future.

We found Kylee using a Google search (we are in Canberra) and although there were a few other agents that answered our request, Kylee was the standout. She knew the area inside and out and got right down to the business of selling our rental property. Kylee encountered some obstacles caused by our rental manager; she was unflappable! She continually kept us advised and her positive attitude left us feeling very confident that we made the right decision to engage her as our agent. Kylee sold the property quicker than we imagined AND we were very happy with the negotiation. Thank you Kylee.

Kylee was clear and honest about the property from when we started negotiations to the end. She made sure we understood what the sellers wanted, and she personally contributed to closing the deal.

Kylee was wonderful working on such a short timeline for us. She kept us informed the entire time and was very professional but super friendly. Thank you Kylee and the team for a job well done. 👏
