Finding the right real estate agent can be like searching for a needle in a haystack. From the moment I met Kylee Harnisch I knew she was the one. Kylee had local experience and current knowledge of the market, was honest in her appraisal of the property, had complete confidence in the method of sale recommended, a track record in achieving realistic results to the maximum of what was possible, and the experience to make the whole process easy. Kylee also works with a great team supporting her who were equally professional and personable. The right result was achieved quickly and seamlessly and made it totally stress-free for me. I believe that Kylee was equally passionate and skilled in matching seller and buyer with the right property, which ultimately led to a fabulous result for all involved. I would whole-heartedly recommend Kylee to anyone looking to sell or buy.

Kylee ticked every box and was therefore a joy to work with making the whole process seamless, leading to a quick sale. We would highly recommend Kylee should you wish to sell your property.

Would highly recommend Kylee. She is personable and honest, with good communication to guide you through the process and achieve a great result. For us, it was our first time selling a property and Kylee’s guidance and expertise was essential in helping us get the property ready for sale and ultimately achieve a great outcome. Although it took a little longer for our property to sell than we initially envisaged, Kylee was determined to get us the best result possible and never wavered in her resolve to help us get there, whilst being open about what was happening throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Kylee again.

Kylee has been accommodating us very well throughout the whole process. Her flexibilities with inspection times, quick responses and immediate updates on all processes throughout the purchase was very helpful for us as it was our first time in the market. She goes the extra mile to ensure both parties are mutually satisfied. I appreciate her hard work from the start all the way til the last minute of her handing the keys over.
