We recently had the pleasure of working with Kylee Harnisch to sell our Morningside townhouse. From the initial consultation to final closing, Kylee was extremely professional and experienced in every step. The whole process was seamless and thanks to Kylee, our townhouse sold quickly and at a price that exceeded our expectations. She also has a fabulous team supporting her and we were very impressed with how our property was marketed. We highly recommend Kylee and would work with her again in the future.

She knew the market, she knew the best approach and she made selling a seamless process. Kylee not only guided me through the process of selling but she also went above and beyond to ensure that I had a home to live in post settlement. Her friendly nature, attention to detail, timelessness and prompt responses makes Kylee Harnisch an inch above the rest. Her professionalism and knowledge will ensure the best end result for the seller whilst making the process of selling your home a stress free experience. Thank you Kylee.

Kylee has an extensive knowledge of the local area and market. She is very good at communicating, and I never had to reach out to ask for updates or information, as soon as there was information to share she would call me and follow up with a text, which is very comforting when selling a property. Kylee and her team also have a very quick time to market. Within 5 days of signing up with Kylee, there were photos completed and the listing live online.

It’s easy to see why Kylee is the top agent in Morningside. She made the buying process very simple and is a fantastic communicator, keeping you updated the whole way. When I encountered problems on settlement day, it was never a problem for her and we were able to find a solution to ensure there would be no additional stress on either end. Would sell will Kylee in a heartbeat.
