I recently purchased a townhouse in Morningside which was advertised through Kylee. I appreciated her forthrightness in putting forward a figure that I thought was reasonable, and when I made that offer she went straight back to the vendors who accepted the offer I had put forward. Overall, I appreciate the role Kylee played in ensuring everything went smoothly.
