We bought and sold the same house with Dan and both experiences have been fantastic! Dan is great to work with and he listened to how we wanted to sell the house and communicated well through the whole process of our recent sale which was an awesome result for all parties! We can't recommend him any higher. 5 STARS to him & his Team at Remax - Morningside.

Dan is knowledgeable & informative about the property he is representing. Very effective communicator and good understanding of both seller & buyer, not only was instrumental in the negotiation process, but also making sure both buyer and seller happy about the outcome. Dan also displayed a calm and chilled manner which is pleasant to be with during the process. And we have build up a trustful relationship with Dan thru the smooth transaction process. Thank you Dan, a very happy buyer here!

During our search for an agent my wife and I met Kylee and instantly knew we had found the person who will sell our home. We had signed with Kylee that same day and in no time she had everything organised for us for the home to go to market. Kylee has great market knowledge, always took the time to explain and gave fantastic advice and support during the campaign, if we were unsure about anything she was just a phone call away and that was very reassuring. If we were to do it all again we would definitely choose Kylee :)

On meeting Kylee I found her presentable, caring, approachable ,listening to what I needed and wanted. I found her passionate about her job and Kylee knew background things which made the sale easier on me.. I was so stressed before I met Kylee.. She gave me space to think and was not pushy like other agents.. Kylee could be a role model for other agents . It was good service with a smile 😃

We found Kylee transparent and pleasant to deal with. She was always communicating (even after hours) and well balanced. She understands the market situation and works to get a win win outcomes.

We sold our townhouse with Kylee off market in what seemed like record timing. We were prepared to go to market but with Kylee’s experience and presence in the industry, she was able to match a buyer quickly and we had a signed contract within a couple of days, which was incredible as we wanted a quick and simultaneous settlement with the property we were buying, and Kylee coordinated it all perfectly. Her authenticity and communication are what makes her an agent we would engage over and over again.

We had been in the market for a few months and have had many conversations with agents who simply can’t compare to Kylee. It’s hard to come by an agent nowadays who is genuine, especially when you’re in the position of a buyer. When we met Kylee, we knew straight away that she was not only genuine but someone who put her words to action; and very efficiently. Her responses are always timely and will go above and beyond to make sure all parties are happy.

Carol was very assessable and very committed. She always answered her phone when I rang. She gave a lovely Welcome basket when we settled which was very unexpected. A great agent and I highly recommend her.
