My wife and I are really impressed, from the initial discussions, and until the sale was concluded. This property was a headache because of damages caused by the tenants. Carol arranged for carpenters and other workmen required at competitive prices, and she kept us informed every step of the way. At the open house, the unit looked as new and had drawn a record number of interested buyers.
