Professional and courteous agent
Kylee was very professional and courteous throughout our purchasing experience. Her attention to detail and ability to answer our queries was greatly appreciated throughout. We needed an extension on our contract date and she facilitated that process for us to keep both buyer and seller in appropriate terms. If you are looking to buy or sell your property, I couldn't recommend Kylee enough!

Always gives 110%
We have bought and sold a number of properties with Kylee and this woman always gives her best, for the vendor and the buyer. A very fair, and straight talking lady. Will always use her office for our real estate business transactions.

The hassle out of selling
Kylee was professional and always approachable. Sincerely friendly and enthusiastic, a pleasure to work with. Kylee was extremely knowledgeable of the market and the local area. More importantly is the fact that Kylee sees beyond a house and sales homes. We felt it was important to have a real estate agent who genuinely could see the character of our home and its potential.

Warm, friendly and above-all professional
Kylee was warm, friendly and professional throughout quite a protracted sales process that was at times quite challenging for both the seller and ourselves. Nevertheless, Kylee always remained calm and we felt she did a great job balancing our respective interests. We would certainly recommend Kylee to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Cannon Hill area.

Kylee made the process easy and quick for us!
It was a pleasure working with Kylee to buy our home - she was very straightforward and responsive at every stage of the process. As we go through our long settlement Kylee has continued to be helpful on things big and small. Kylee helped us fall in love with the house with her knowledge of Morningside and the neighbourhood we will soon call home!

Amazing job by Tomas and the team
Tomas and his team were nothing less of incredible during the sale of our home a few months ago. Tomas was so approachable and personable and so easy to understand/get in touch with. It was never too late or too early for any questions, sms or phone calls. Tomas sold our home faster then we could’ve imagined and got us significantly more then what we wanted. Thank you so much Tomas and the whole team!

Honest and reliable
We recently purchased a house from one of Kylee’s sellers. Kylee was great to deal with and was one of the only agents that did what she said she was going to. I would buy from Kylee again and recommend her to anyone.
