Whilst the property was already under contract, Kylee went above and beyond In keeping me in mind if the contract where to fall through which it did. Kylee was in touch quickly and within 24 hours we were under contract. For me this was almost unheard of in the current market! We bought our new property with Kylee being the agent and it was a great experience. Fresh off an 18 month search in the worse buyers market imaginable, Kylee was a breath of fresh air as she helped us curate our offer into something that was acceptable to the sellers.
