Having known Daniel for quite some years we'd always promised him that if and when we wanted to sell we'd list with his team. Eventually, that came to be the decision and a phone call followed. Although we had set ideas on the way we wanted to proceed with the marketing, Daniel went along with us and collaboratively the process started. The team were professionally attired at each inspection, immediately following each and every inspection they relayed feedback, kept in contact throughout the process until sale date. This team are so focused and easy to work with, it almost made the process enjoyable (dare I say). Jacqui was very easy to work with. Nice, easy going discussions as we negotiated with the buyers. Appeared to have the sellers best interests at heart, but also took great care of us as the buyers. Jacqui not only knows the market well, but she took the time to listen to us when we wanted to sell our house. She suggested a great and realistic selling price that she knew she could sell the house for and got exactly that. Jacqui took the time to communicate with us every step of the way, and our house was sold in a week. I couldn't recommend Jacqui any higher - she is a phenomenal agent who we would happily recommend to anyone!
