She was enthusiastic about the house and the location and gave me some good tips for preparing my house for market. From my previous sale which was a disaster- I was very skeptical. However Melita and her team put all my fears and stresses t bed so quickly. Every promise, and expectation I was given was met and often exceeded. The communication was honest and frequent.
