Daniel and James were extremely nice, friendly agents, pragmatic and not pushy. They attend to questions and problems quickly: They made themselves available to answer questions - it may not have been immediately due to attending other clients, but soon afterwards. Emails were answered within a day, or responded to by phone on the same day. They took care of tasks e.g. organising pest and building inspectors of my choice so that key dates would be met with minimum hassle. They also provided timely reminders for other things that only I could attend to. They are people who are genuinely fine with helping others out: I originally met James through a property he showed me. The property wasn't correct for me, but James answered questions about the Toowoomba market when he didn't have to. Soon afterwards, I began seriously looking at 3 different property options (none of which were their own) and as I needed help I called James. James, and then Daniel started giving their opinions of which would offer the best returns. That Daniel did so was also appreciated as he had never even seen me. Remax is a business that gives back to Toowoomba: A percentage of their sales go towards a charity - I forget which. Conclusions: I would have no hesitation recommending them to friends and family. They are easily what you'd term "Good People". Sam.
