I dealt with James from the daniel burret team he was always really helpful and answered all of my stupid questions and queries as this was my first home I was very unsure who to trust and James was very honest and upfront with me through the whole process. He really went the extra mile to help make the sale happen and were flexible with organising stuff outside of work hours and on weekends which made life a whole lot simpler due to my busy work schedule. Daniel was very thorough in his knowledge of what we wanted and to help us through the process, he helped set up everything that we needed for a smooth transition into our first home. He was very sweet when the settlement went through he sent us flowers which was very kind of him. The day we picked up the keys unfortunately he was not in the office but he had arranged with his receptionist to pass on the keys they were presented in a white box with a lovely bow, he also gave us some vouchers for our dinner so we didn't have to cook very kind and thoughtful. In 2016 we decided to see our rental property. During the process we spoke to 4 agents and got appraisals.
