Purchase of House
Our dealings in the purchase of our new home was initially started with Trevor Manteufel and then finally with Shaun Blackburn. Both these agents helped us through the various inspection and purchase process and we both are very happy with their help and advise etc. We have never met with James O'Donohue, so we cannot make comment with regard to his skills or knowledge.

An Terrific and seamless experience with Trevor
I’d like to congratulate Trevor on his success to sell our property. It became evident quickly that Trevor was a highly experienced individual, on call with any minor to major question I had. His insight and market knowledge of similar properties alike mine has brought value to this property beyond the sale and as a result, I too have learned a lot from his experience as he was always happy to take the time and share his perspective. As a first time seller I could have easily been taken advantage of, I didn’t shop around for an agent and the prompt response from the first page I had landed on influenced listing sooner than I had originally anticipated. I was sold by his honesty and down to earth approach. Particular attention was paid to developing a relationship with existing tenants and property manager, to ensure no chance of disgruntlement in the process & ensure property was always accessible. When our deadline to sell was brought forward we were met with mutually beneficial strategies and urgency applied to having them actioned. I never once felt as though I had been let down, no matter how many hurdles I faced (outside of Trevors hands). I’m astounded to realise I have never once met with Trevor face-to-face, his email and phone communication was second to none. As you can already tell, I can’t recommend Trevor from RE/MAX more highly. Thank-you for going above and beyond in the delivery of a great outcome.
