Excellent real estate agent
It was a pleasure to deal with James, easy to get along with, very professional and knowledgeable. His knowledge of real estate, advice and suggestions made for a quick sale and was a smooth transition from start to completion. James was always available to answer questions and kept us in formed of proceedings. Would highly recommend James if you were either selling or buying property.

A positive sale outcome
Trevor has been supportive throughout the sale of our property, continuing with regular open house viewings until the right buyer for our property emerged. He always communicated well with us, following up with comments and feed back after each open house. A Great Outcome
Melita and her Team are a great asset to have when you are selling or buying a property. My wife and I had some property in a near regional town to Toowoomba that was proving difficult to move. Great agent
James kept us informed on at least a weekly basis on people who had looked at our property. When the house had been on the market for a month, he encouraged us to rethink our price, which was probably a bit optimistic. We lowered to a fair price that we were happy with and the house sold not long after. We highly recommend James
