Gary is a very friendly approachable person. I personally interviewed 4 Realestate Agents. I felt Gary was the best choice for me as l knew l could work with him as he had a plan to sell and demonstrated his selling technique. After a few open houses the sales strategy needed to change and Gary proposed a risky strategy but being opened minded l agreed to his strategy and it worked. I have absolute faith in his sales plans and his ability to change strategies quickly when circumstances change. I would highly recommend Gary to sell your house.
