I had a great experience dealing with Stephanie throughout the application and approval process. She was consistently responsive, clear in her communication, and genuinely helpful. She was willing to go the extra mile. She personally attended the property to take measurements for me, which made organising furniture and the move much easier. She was also very flexible and accommodating during the move-in process, which took a lot of pressure off the transition. Overall, a professional and proactive agent who made the process smoother than expected. I’m glad to have her as the managing agent.
