I have had Investment properties for 13 years and dealt with many agents and Property Managers. Was so refreshing to read their prospectus and have them actually follow through on everything they outlined with so much professionalism from the lovely girls at the desk to the mangers themselves. My first contact with them was as a renter and I expected to be treated poorly (I had viewed a few houses with other companies and they acted if they were superior to renters) but Central treated me with the same professionalism from renting a house, to then having them manage my 2 units. Their fees were much better than my previous managers also. I would highly recommend Central for rentals, renters and property sales. Just awesome, professional and so easy to work with.
