I have been living in Darwin for three years and this is already the third property I’ve rented through an agency. Among all my experiences, Real Estate Central has given me by far the best one. My first rental was with a large nationwide chain – once the money was paid and the contract signed, they became indifferent and communication was very difficult. The second one was also with a chain agency, smaller in scale, and although they eventually followed up on property issues, the process was extremely slow. In contrast, my experience with Real Estate Central has been excellent. Their communication is fast and clear – every time I had a question or concern, I sent an email and always received a prompt response, which truly impressed me. From the very beginning – applying for the property, going through the paperwork, to finally moving in – every step was well-organised, professional and reassuring.
