We have been posted overseas so had to rent out our home. After a bad start with another Real Estate Company, we were advised to try Real Estate Central. Our agents Aoife, Kirstie and Sam have been excellent. They are approachable, very knowledgeable about the Darwin Rental Market and very quick to fix any issues that arise. Knowing they are at the end of the phone/email for both the tenant and us gives us peace of mind. We are happy that our home is in good hands until we return to it.

Very difficult to obtain rental property in Darwin, competition can only be described as intense. I was impressed with the great work of Roz Rutherford in doing that little bit extra to make it happen for us with a friendly and sincere attitude. Many thinks Roz. Also impressed with ease of wading through the bureaucratic side of things with easy to fill forms online. And a big hi to the friendly staff at the main office counter. I would recommend Central anytime.

Great to have Lisa as part of the team, she has managed my properties for many years. Communication is very efficient and concise. Every issue I am updated on and quickly sorted out. I love the fact that I do not need to do anything, it is all handled by Lisa from Real Estate Central. I would be able to manage these properties at all, without Lisa. I had a great experience with Real Estate Central and especially with Jo Griffiths. Before this, we tried finding a rental through Facebook Marketplace, Flatmates, and Gumtree. We sent many messages and rarely received responses. It was frustrating and time consuming. On Real Estate Central, this was the first property where we received a response for an inspection. My partner attended the inspection as I was busy at work. We were fortunate to be shortlisted and then approved for the property. Even after being shortlisted, I asked Jo if I could inspect the property myself. She rescheduled another inspection without hesitation. That flexibility meant a lot to us. My interactions with Jo were always positive. She answered calls promptly and helped whenever we needed assistance. Communication was clear and professional throughout the process. So far, our experience has been smooth and stress free. I would recommend Real Estate Central and Jo Griffiths to anyone looking for a reliable property management team.
