Good communication and thorough
Initially very responsive but not as reponsive when I had few questions. However, I think there was change in people I was dealing with. Also was told I could park anywhere in the car park but this was not accurate. There was allocated spots where I can park. Some resident got pissed off and smashed his door against mine repeatedly leading to me writing a police report. Not ideal.

Great communication & overall experience
Jacky was very responsive and built trust early on by being honest. They were very understanding during a very stressful period for us and would answer all questions/respond as soon as they had an answer, keeping us informed throughout the process. Made it as simple as possible for us to finalise the application and then for us to be moving into the place within the next two weeks after applying.
