Looking for a new rental, applying for properties and attending the viewings can be a long and painful process. Then there's the nightmare of moving in and out of each property! I have moved houses a couple of times here in Darwin and have once again undertaken a move but working together with Becc from Real Estate Central this time, I found it all to be a really professional, yet simple and quick process getting me into my new home, which is something I am very grateful to Becc for. After viewing the property and receiving a notification that my application was in progress, Becc was always contactable or available for me to check-in with and so I could personally register my interest in the apartment with her. At the time, I was only a prospective tenant, but Becc was nothing but friendly, welcoming and really encouraging to me, wishing as much as I was that I'd get the apartment! Becc is an excellent Real Estate Agent, of really high value to the RE Central business and should I move again in future, I only hope to have the chance to work with Becc again. I will be certain to recommend Becc and her Team at RE Central to any one in need of Real Estate services in Darwin.

Although not rented at this time the way the other property has been managed by Toni has been exemplary. Her knowledge of the rents achievable in a competitive market have been spot on. She has kept me well informed of the any ongoing maintenance issues related to the property. She has been professional in dealing with any tenancy issues with minimum fuss to me. Her paperwork has been very professional with informative inspection reports. This is why when a second property became available for rental in Darwin, I had no hesitation in having toni as my property managing agent.

We recently moved into the country and these guys were willing to take a chance on us which really meant a lot. The team has been so helpful and they will respond to any questions when they can. Helpful beyong expectation. Due to an overseas relocation and very little time to prepare the agent arranged everything. Selling of unwanted items, organised repairs, tradespersonel, effective communication and friendly. I would not have been able to fulfil my needs without the assistance. Detailed documenatation, regular update communication above and beyond. Greatly appreciated and highly recommended.

There was one issue that the apartment was advertised as non furnished and that was also stated in the rental agreement so storage is an issue but working through it. Other than that friendly and helpful agents and smooth process

Honestly, Steph is the easiest person in Real Estate to deal with. No dramas and friendly. Renting through RE central was east enough going in, and also east enough vacating too. The company treated me fairly and assisted with things around the house that needed doing. If I needed to find another rental property in Darwin, I would approach RECentral for assistance.

We mostly dealt with Gerdi who was amazingly proficient, knowledgeable, forward thinking and Jolly. Once our unit was rented, Stephanie took over and her management has been faultless and efficient.
