Rowena is an absolute pleasure to deal with. From all the concerns/questions we had with the property she answered in an extremely timely manner and was really understanding. We also only had 1 set of keys with the property when moving in and she organised for a locksmith to come out to repair the lock and issue us with new working keys. We are being managed by Rowena and Lisa however, an email that we received from Lisa really came across as passive aggressive and we did not appreciate the tone in the email in regards to our requests for some curtains in the property. So we would appreciate if we only had dealings with Rowena instead, cannot rate her highly enough. Her professionalism is outstanding. Thank you Rowena for being so patient and understanding, we have both really appreciated it.
