Our agent has been quite short with us and a little rude when we report issues or ask questions. The house was not cleaned upon moving in but other than that the real estate in general is good

Stayed in an apartment for 4 years. When I first entered the apartment it wasn't perfect which I didn't mind. Took photos and cleaned the bathroom very well as there was suck on grime and the windows were not cleaned. Eventually after 4 years I cleaned the apartment to a higher standard than when I entered. The agent demanded that it was not a proper clean and I had to pay over $500 for a vacate clean. There was no way it was worth that money. Often slow response times and incorrect phone numbers when I needed to contact someone at the agency.
