very poor staff retention hence not very stable . poor knowledge of property issues that has affected the condition of the property

I rate Kira Lee highly as a property manager. She always has sound advise on what to do going forward whether the challenge be difficult tenants or how to go about securing new ones in the current slow market. She's very good at getting in touch regarding my properties and even sometimes when I drag the chain for whatever reason and am slow to reply she will keep persevering until contact is made. I'm sure dealing with owners/tenants can be frustrating for property managers at times but Kira Lee has always been patient, friendly and professional in all our dealings. Thanks heaps to Kira Lee and RECentral.

From Hanna organising convenient time for a viewing,through to Kirsty being appointed as property manager, it’s been a pleasure dealing with real estate central. Their communication is excellent, well above par. Application through to moving in was seamless. The couple of minor issues with the house are being addressed in a very timely and professional manner. Very competent and attentive team!

From start to finish everything has been so easy. Hannah the agent made it clear and straight forward and was in contact for anything we needed to get sorted. The turn around was quick and our place had quality tennants within the week. The hand over to our property manager has been seamless and all service was friendly and professional. Its great to feel as though they're working for us not that we have had to play on their terms (we have this experience before). I already have and will continue to recommend them.

Caitlin provides excellent services as our property manager. Caitlin promptly attends to any issues that arise from the tenants regarding the property situated at 17 Royal Circuit Durack. Caitlin returns calls and appears to have sound up to date knowledge and experience regarding the rental property market. We are extremely happy with the service provided by Caitlin. It is always a pleasure speaking with her and we are hoping that Caitlin will continue to be our property manager in the future.
