Gerdi Soon was my main point of contact during the repair and leasing time period of my property. It was my first property I’ve bought and Gerdi made it very easy and everything went smoothly. Kourtney went above & beyond to find suitable tenants for my investment property. Been really happy with the service received from the agency. I know tenants sometimes get the short straw but these guys don’t make you feel like that. Speedy response times for any maintenance and nothing seems like it’s a problem. Can’t fault them!

From pre-settlement checks to organising open inspections, organising repairs and getting a tenant, I could not ask for a better property manager. Gerdi has been proactive , helpful and responsive. She helped us secure a tenant in less than 2 weeks!
