Sascha understood our wants for the sale of the property and did everything in her power to achieve our desired outcome. Being a first time seller she help us through the process and took time to explain in layman terms what to expect. Unfortunately the market dictated the final price but she went hard in the negotiations to get the final sale price close to what we were after. It was a good outcome for us in the depressed market.

I am very pleased with Daniel Harris and his executive agent Kylie Westbrook work, both were amazing in promoting and creating interest and competition among potential clients to buy my home at Stuart Park, Darwin. Daniel knew about my interest to sell the house, until one day I received his call telling me 'the market is right to put the house for sale'. I trusted his advise, we agreed on a short marketing campaign of 6 weeks before an auction and we worked hard to achieve the sale. Before a month passed the house was already sold.
