After observing the Darwin CBD apartment market and watching so many apartments sitting online for months, we hesitantly decided to test the market with our two bedroom apartment. The first two agents we engaged advised us (and appreciative of their honesty) that they would not be the right agents to sell our apartment due to over supply in the CBD and general market conditions, and we were referred to Daniel as being the CBD expert for such a sale. It was a seamless process and we had it on the market in no time. A few weeks in Daniel received a query as to whether we would be interested in renting the apartment back out - impressively Daniel turned this into a sale and in days we had a signed contract for our asking price. We purchased a property that Susie was the selling agent for. Susie had been the agent for other properties that we viewed, listened to our desires, and drew to our attention this particular property. She was accommodating of our desire for more than one viewing, assisted to organise reports to be prepared, and promoted the property well on behalf of the seller. Since purchase we have had no unpleasant surprises. We would happily use Susie to sell the property in the future.

My girlfriend and I have recently purchased our first property through Real Estate Central and having Tom as our agent was great. He has a very down-to-earth and friendly personality and really made an effort to get to know us as people and accommodate us as much as possible during our purchase. He was always easy to get hold of and often went out of his own way to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible for us. I asked him to grant early access to the property to allow renovators to come in and give us a kitchen quote and he made sure he was available to do so for me. Whilst the renovators were inside he was outside cleaning the pool, tidying up palm fronds and sorting out the garden sprinklers to make sure the garden stayed tidy and well maintained. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy, he'll make sure you get a great service.
