What started off as an easy, quick sale of a vacant apartment became a lengthy and protracted saga over the festive/and heavy wet season of 2023/24 [following the first contract rescind]. Chris was proactive every step of the way. He totally understood and honored the need for the sale of the apartment. He gave it his all, holding numerous open houses, and in my absence [I live in Brisbane] he ensured the apartment stayed clean and mould free. He organised and oversaw repairs.
