Looking for a new rental, applying for properties and attending the viewings can be a long and painful process. Then there's the nightmare of moving in and out of each property! I have moved houses a couple of times here in Darwin and have once again undertaken a move but working together with Becc from Real Estate Central this time, I found it all to be a really professional, yet simple and quick process getting me into my new home, which is something I am very grateful to Becc for. After viewing the property and receiving a notification that my application was in progress, Becc was always contactable or available for me to check-in with and so I could personally register my interest in the apartment with her. At the time, I was only a prospective tenant, but Becc was nothing but friendly, welcoming and really encouraging to me, wishing as much as I was that I'd get the apartment! Although not rented at this time the way the other property has been managed by Toni has been exemplary. Her knowledge of the rents achievable in a competitive market have been spot on.
