Communication leading up to our contract was quite informative, the handover process (from realestate agent too another) was smooth, as tenants they maintained professionalism while informing us about the fortnightly payments and have respected us as new tenants in our last 2 months of our contract

I have delt with two agents at Real Estate Central (REC) and both have been excellent very helpful always willing to tackle issues, always consultive and friendly. Kelly my latest property manager continues to do a wonderful job and is very responsive at all hours of the day and even across weekends. Unlike the staff at other agencies Kelly and other REC staff have been willing to go that bit further to solve issues, find the best tradesman or the right tenant. I have had excellent experience with REC first as a tenant myself and later as a landlord. The service offered has always been exemplary whether getting issues fixed or finding the right tenant for my property. I cannot fault them and well ahead of other agencies I have used in Darwin and Perth in the past.

It was a difficult time to find a tenant as we were in the built up of the wet season in Darwin. However, the Real Estate Central team persevered and showed up every week to open the apartment and find a tenant. Finally our apartment was rented.
