They have been our agents for 6 years, together we have seen ups and downs of the rental market of Darwin: starting from $610 per week to now ar $390 per week. They have done a great job in keeping our unit occupied. Only sometimes, we feel that while negotiating for loss and damage, they tend to be more supportive for the tenants.

Put in an application for a property on a Saturday thinking it'd take around a week to get a response and they called us back first thing Monday morning asking if we wanted the place. Moved in that weekend and since then they've been very easy to deal with. Got NBN installed without any fuss. Added an extra tenant with a couple of emails. Haven't had an inspection yet but so far so good :)

Hi, Undoubtedly, I would say that RE Central is one of the best agency known for its commitment and dedication. Right from booking an inspection for a tenancy till obtaining the key for the applied property, the process was hassle-free and the communication from the agency in each stage is commendable. My tenancy application for one of the properties in Cavenagh Street was approved within a couple of days. I was made aware of the process and was also shared with enough information which really helped me in taking appropriate decisions.
