Communications is vital between owner, tenant and property manager to ensure everyone is happy and we have been pleasantly surprised.

She communicated well with me. The rental contract and terms were clearly explained to me. The premises where in the condition she did they would be in when I moved in.

I was shown a few apartments by Jo. She was always on time and had good communication prior to seeing the units for inspection. She secured me a lovely apartment. Joanna then took over as the property manager and is very attentive and quick to jump on any issues of which there was very few.
