Introducing Nicholas Gangemi Nicholas is an REIV accredited licensed estate agent and auctioneer. He is a local agent with over 40 years of experience in different market conditions. His real estate career has spanned over booming markets, stable markets, and a recession that we had to have. During his career he became a director of one of Victoria's largest real estate networks before deciding to rebrand as a boutique agency. He believes in providing accurate information and honest advice so his clients can make informed decisions. Nicholas has been a resident in the City of Moonee Valley since 1965 and attended local schools in Ascot Vale and Essendon, before attending University. He has always enjoyed dealing in real estate and making dreams come true for both vendors and buyers as well as commercial landlords and tenants. He has helped charity organizations and conducted many charity auctions to raise funds for worthy causes such as Make a Wish, Rotary clubs, and others.
