I wanted an idea of the market value of my property even though I didn't have any plan of selling at the time (in 2020). Omid was the only one who responded with all the information about the Cranebrook property market. Once I told him that I wasn't thinking of selling yet, he left it at that and didn't push or pursued me at all. I contacted him when I was ready to sell and he was quite patient and took the time to familiarise me with the market, what has to be done to my house to make it appealing and saleable and generally took me through the intricacies of selling. He assisted and supported me through the repairs and painting necessary to get the house ready to occupy by any prospective buyer and recommended the people who can do them at very reasonable quotes. The great ending was that my house was sold at slightly higher than expected, within a month of being on the market. He is quite hands-on and abreast especially with the Penrith property scene and I will not hesitate recommending him to anyone planning to sell their house.
