Christine kindly made arrangements with the tenant for us to make two private inspections prior to purchase, both at short notice. With only a few hours notice, given out of hours, Christine also arranged for a final inspection immediately before settlement. The final inspection identified several problems. There was time before settlement to agree on ways to rectify the problems.

Christine was right on the money from the get go. Her Market appraisal was very accurate. Her honesty was better than any other agent ive had dealings with previously. There were no false promises made. A very tricky sale as the property had a tenant in place. Co ordinating open houses had to be done keeping the tenant , seller and buyers happy and this was done with the utmost professionalism. Most of all she acheived a sale price above my expectations.

We purchased our first home and it was a blessing to have to deal with Omid. He was very co-operative, went out of his way to accommodate, and fit us into his schedule; not only us but also all the tradesmen who had to engage with him to conduct the works on the property. He was very understanding and helped us all throughout the purchase. He has immense patience and that gave us enough time to make a decision unlike some who pressure the buyers to make a decision. It is very rare to find agents who work in the interest of the buyers, and Omid certainly proved to be one of the best we have dealt with. Buying a house can be a real daunting experience but having to deal with Omid certainly made the entire process an easy one.
