It was a tough decision to change property managers, but moving Real Property Specialists was the best decision. Tara, Danielle, Racheal and team were able to re let achiving above market rate with reliable tenant(s). This in vast contra diction to the former agents were advising otherwise. Rachelle was lovely at the open house we visited! We fell in love with the house and instantly applied. We heard back the day after completing our application that we had been excepted! My previous real estate agent I had dealt with at another organisation were near to impossible to get a hold off and would have to leave multiple voicemails. With Real property specialist I don’t even know if they have a voicemail cause they have answered everyone of my calls which is amazing as this is something that I have found to be really important to me and I’m sure others would appreciate it. The application process was nice and easy and they were able to help me through the whole process and move into the house very quickly which was amazing. They are really appreciative and understanding of what’s important to me as both a landlord and a tenant of one of the properties they manage and I look for to future business with them
