Not only do they provide excellent service, they secured another great tenant on the first open home day for us when the current tenants is about to move out, leaving only a few days gap of non occupancy. In my eyes that’s exceptional work & a lot of planning that has gone into this. This is the second time I have dealt with this team. I would highly recommend Tara. As a renter she had the curtesy to let me know the landlords were selling after only being rented for 7 months. She understood the inconvenience that it would cause me. I found another property quite quickly late one afternoon and she was more than happy to help me with any questions even though it was also most closing time.
