EFFORT ALL ROUND BY ALL - LEASED OFF MARKET!
Cannot speak more highly of them all. Behind the scenes had a couple of lengthy discussions with Tara whilst l was getting my place in order. Mitch helped out with trades to fasten the process in getting my property upto scratch. I met with the lovely Tara & Steph who appraised my property on the Monday, signed up by the Tuesday. Wednesday a previous tenant of Lauren's was on the hunt for a property and my place ticked her boxes. They arranged a private inspection on the Thursday for her and her fiancee who fell in love with it, the applications were submitted and processed same day. The hold came in before we even went to market on the Friday. I'm just blown away by their service. They have all been lovely to deal with. Having being in the industry myself, Real Property Specialists are a stand out from the rest!

Lauren Stendardo is by far the best Property Manager!
I have dealt with a lot of property managers and without a doubt Lauren is the most helpful, attentive and caring one I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Lauren has gone above and beyond to help my fiancé and I find a rental property and we cannot thank her enough. stef is a great consultant!
Couldn’t have asked for a better consultant for us. Stef was amazing. Her timing was prompt, sufficient & never let us wait for answers for extended amounts of time. From the point of contact we signed a lease in 48 hours. It was an amazing experience and Stef really took the time to understand why and what we need for our family.

Amazing and professional service and advice
We had a great experience with Stef and Tara. They both were extremely professional in their advice and got numerous applications from potential tenants even before the inspection. They manage to lease our property in less than 12 hrs after the 1st inspection. I would rate their service 10/10.

The best !
Our experience so far has been amazing. Talking to Danielle is like talking to your friend. She’s attentive, very friendly and always there when you need assistance or have a question. There was some delay in things that were completely out of her control. However she remained on top of it and kept us informed as soon as she had more information. Tara has also been wonderful in our dealings and on top of the paperwork. Everyone who answers the phone is so polite and bubbly (shout out to Lauren!). It’s not often you find property groups that are fair and care for the tenant as well. After all the money you pay when renting, it’s nice to feel valued and respected. Here’s to a wonderful tenancy together :)

Can't say a bad word about Tara and her team. We experienced unexpected delays in finalising a new build and they were very patient and helpful in finding us great tenants in an expedient manner as soon as the property became available. Always responsive, professional and reliable.
