I would have no hesitation in recommending Real Property Vibe to anyone requiring the services of an excellent letting agency. Our most recent experience was when one of our tenants passed away and the other due to medical requirements was unable to live in the house on his own. The surviving tenant was moved to a nursing home and the principal of the business commuted to and from the home and assisted him with vacating the house. Real Property Vibe kept us informed regularly of the various stages of vacating and re-renting. Their compassion and consideration to both the landlord and tenant is commendable.

Real Property Vibe keep us up to date with all aspects of managing our property. Very happy with their commonsense approach, especially when a tenant got into difficulty with their rent. They called them, asked what the problem was and suggested we take the appropriate action. Resulting in a resolution that both parties were happy with. They’ve managed our property for 11 years and have always been accommodating with their time to discuss any issues that needed to be dealt with. Being interstate it’s always nice to know that you’ve got an efficient point of contact at the other end of the phone.
