They called them, asked what the problem was and suggested we take the appropriate action. Resulting in a resolution that both parties were happy with. They’ve managed our property for 11 years and have always been accommodating with their time to discuss any issues that needed to be dealt with. Being interstate it’s always nice to know that you’ve got an efficient point of contact at the other end of the phone.
