Purchase of investment property
My initial contact with Laurell was via email - all communications via email and phone have been responded within a very short period of time. Laurell is very knowledgeable and has been able to guide me through the entire process. Laurell and her team are very professional and it is a pleasure working with them.

Was a really great positive experience.
Laurell and Alison were very professional and knowledgeable. We had lived in the house for 32 years so it was a daunting experience for us but they made it a very easy process, always ready to answer any questions and always contactable. We give them a 10 out of 10 and would recommend them to anybody looking to buy, sell or rent a house.

Alison was awesome !!!
Alison was extremely professional during the process of buying this property. She worked extremely hard to provide us details and access to the property. Alison was taking phone calls from me late on Friday evenings and over the weekend. We appreciate all her hard work and communication with during the buying period. We would be selling with her and buying from her in the future.

Having recently purchased a property through Laurell, I have no hesitation in recommending her any future needs in the real estate industry. Laurell was firstly very friendly, courteous and honest. There was never any need to chase her for follow ups, she was always on the pulse. From start to finish, our purchase was smooth and we never once where concerned about anything.
