Laurell never made me feel stupid for needing to ask a million and one questions when I didn’t understand something. She always found a way to make sure I understood the whole process. She’s a very black and white person, and not once did I feel like she was trying to pull the wool over my eyes or trying to coherst me into something I was comfortable in doing (and believe me in my time of trying to find my nest I’d met a few agents that just felt slimy).
