As always, Laurell has pulled it off again ! Laurell fixed matters at our investment properties before they became problems and has never had a problem with finding the right long term tenant when required, so when we decided to sell 1 of our investment properties, Laurell was obviously our only choice of agent for the job.. Laurell displayed a good knowledge of the market and dedicated perseverance and no "bull" in the recent sale of our investment property. The many years of no hassle association with Laurell and her excellent team is the very reason we do not hesitate to write this recommendation. Our association with Laurell still and will continue with our other properties.

Managing/selling agent
Laurell has managed our property for 12 years. She’s always been very hands on, providing prompt feedback if an issue needed to be addressed. At the same time always showing an understanding and empathetic stance for both the owners and tenant. She’s very good at keeping in contact, just to touch base on how the investment is going, if our situation has changed and enquiring about our future intentions. This was no more evident than a recent call to ask if we would be interested in selling. I said at the right price, we would. She said leave it to me and I’ll see what I can do. True to her word, she promptly got back to us, achieved the asking price and everything went through seemlessly, without a hitch. We’ve got other properties that I wish had been as easy to manage as this one. Many thanks to Laurell and her team for having a finger on the pulse of the market.
