Quick Sale Done as Needed.
Laurell was very familiar with the locality and specific challenges we might face in selling our dad's property. Her direct communication style and advice on the best approach, marketing strategy and potential price range were realistic, practical and something the whole family could understand. Laurell was the most prompt agent I have ever come across in contacting me with progressive updates, getting back to me in response to my calls/texts and keeping me fully informed on negotiations. We received 3 offers within the first 2 weeks of marketing, needed to negotiate around some building report issues (which Laurell helped with enormously), and are very happy with the outcome. I will most certainly be contacting Laurell to represent us again in the future, and I highly recommend her professional and experienced services.
