This is the second property I’ve bought with Wayne as the agent. He has an excellent understanding of the market in this area and is obviously well connected. He is extremely hard working, always returns calls and follows up on everything asked. He’s always thinking about how he can match buyers and sellers together, the way he does that in a friendly and approachable manner just works!
