Fantastic feedback

Helpful and efficient agent
The distance was an issue in looking for a unit in the location that we were after but the communication we had with Wayne helped in the decision to see this one. Wayne's knowledge of the unit market was definitely beneficial and he was always contactable.

Excellent Agent
This is the second property I’ve bought with Wayne as the agent. He has an excellent understanding of the market in this area and is obviously well connected. He is extremely hard working, always returns calls and follows up on everything asked. He’s always thinking about how he can match buyers and sellers together, the way he does that in a friendly and approachable manner just works! Best thing I did was to clearly lay out to Wayne what I was looking for, like a dog with a bone, he just didn’t give up until he’d found a match. I strongly recommend him, his work ethic and approachable realistic manner just put him at a level above the others.
